Social Bakers is an analytics platform that allows you to monitor your Facebook, Twitter & YouTube profiles — along with your competitors.

It allows you to create PDF reports based on their standard Executive Report template, or create a custom report of your own.

Reports can analyze your own Facebook page’s activity alone or alongside your competitors.

Creating a report is easy. Just click on Executive Report in the left sidebar & choose from the pages you have set up in your account — along with a timeframe to analyze. The resulting PDF will show a full summary of your Facebook Page Insights compared to your competitors.

This data includes your fan growth & demographics.A summary of your admin page posts, post types, and engagement.

Post engagement data including the times the most engaging posts were published, a breakdown of engagement types (likes, comments & shares), and additional details.

Average response rate for user questions, including the average number of questions per day & time the questions were responded too (great for businesses that deal with customer service on Facebook).

Sprout Social is a popular social media management tool for businesses of all sizes.

One of the great features of their platforms is the ability to run reports on your individual accounts, including Facebook pages.

Reports can be exported as PDF or CSV for a period of 15 – 90 days or custom time period of up to 2 years.

First, you will see the growth of your audience including new likes & unlikes.

Next, you’ll find your page impressions over time — including a breakdown of types & by date.

Beneath that, you’ll find the demographic breakdown of your impressions.

In the following section about sharing, you’ll see the timeline of stories created about your page, share types, popular dates, and demographics.

Finally, you’ll find a section devoted to showing engagement on your posts with a breakdown of engagement statistics per post.

If you select a date range of 2 years, you’ll see data about all of your posts during that time period.

Given how popular social media is amongst the current youth, especially Instagram ,it would be a waste of a platform to not have another function out of it, which is why, business is trending a lot on Instagram ,lately.

Following are steps as to how it can be put to work :

1.) Choose a Recognizable Username,if the name is good and catchy, half the publicity is done then and there.

2.) Profile Basics and then Complete Your Profile

3.) Set up Your Social Sharing

The last thing you should set up is your social sharing. Remember, Instagram is a great tool to use to easily get your photos in multiple places without lots of work.

4.)Caption and Always, ALWAYS Hashtag to be discoverable.Keep your captions brief and fun.

5.) Find and Define Your Brand’s Story

6.)On the top right corner will be three dots vertically joined, tap on it.

7.)Scroll down and go to “switch to business profile”.

8.)To make your account more discoverable,it will be required for you to make your account public.

9.) Get Your Name Out There

Lastly, there’s only so much ground work you can do to grow your account. Add it to your website, in your email signature and more. I

Facebook provides a wealth of data and analytics for your business page. Delving into your insights can help you refine your Facebook page content strategy and improve engagement. So it’s worth taking some time to familiarize yourself with what data is available and the key stats to look at.
To download Facebook Insights for your page, go to your Facebook Page Manager on desktop and click Insights. On the Overview tab, click the Export Data link. You’ll then see a pop-up box with three data types to choose from: Page Data, Post Data, and Video Data. To start, select Page Data to download key engagement metrics for your page. The default time frame is the last 28 days, but you can change the date range by clicking the Date Range drop-down menu. You can also select different layouts for the file, which will affect the versions of data and analytics that are downloaded. Your layout options differ depending on which data type you choose. After you pick your data type, date range, and layout, click Export Data to start the download. You’ll see the message “Your download has started.”
