To add captain to images or video-
Posting video/images on facebook is very easy, just open your facebook account, and on the top most row there will be an option “share an update” hit it, then choose photo/video, a new window will open then choose your required video which you want to post, and then if you want you can add caption to it, there will be an option of “ADD CAPTIAN” just click on it and type what you want to share. To make it look more informative, and then last step hit the post button and your video will get shared among your friends, isn’t it very easy.
To make a caption a image Check your facts. One of the most important aspects of any type of journalism is accuracy. If you use incorrect information, the story or photo loses credibility. Before uploading or printing any photo captions, make sure you’ve checked that anything stated in the caption is accurate.
Don’t print an incorrect caption if you have trouble checking your facts, either because you can’t find an appropriate source, or because you’re on a deadline. It’s better to leave the information out if you aren’t sure it’s accurate.Describe something that isn’t obvious. If a photo caption simply describes the visuals in the photo, it’s fairly useless. If you have a photo of a sunset and simply caption is as “a sunset” you’re not adding any additional information for the reader. Instead, describe details of the photo that are not obvious, like the location, the time of day or year, or a specific event that is taking place.
For example, if you have a photo of a sunset you might want to caption it as:

Add a text box under or near the picture to caption. You may need to drag the text box into the position you want.
Click inside the text box and type the text you want to use for a caption.
Select the picture and text box, and then on the Picture Tools Format tab, click Group.

Do not download any software to do this! Just follow these steps. 1. replace the www in the URL with m. e.g. http://www.facebook.com/blahblah – http://m.facebook.com/blahblah 2. this brings you to the FB mobile site, once there click on your video. 3. While the video is playing if you are on a pc right click on the video screen and select “save video as” (sorry cant help the mac and linux folks out there) and pic a location on your pc to save the video.
