3.) Click Edit

4.) You now have two options: Verify by Phone or via Documentation

5.) Verify by Phone: enter your publicly listed business phone number, your country, and language

6.) Click “Call me now” and you’ll be called with a special verification code

7.) Once called, enter the 4-digit verification code when prompted, and click Continue

8.) Voila! You are now Verified!

Having the verification helps your Page or profile rank higher in both Facebook’s and Google’s search engine. Getting verified on facebook is not at all an easy task, there are two types of check marks one is blue and other is grey, The blue checkmark indicates the confirmed authenticity of Pages, public figures, and brands, whereas grey check indicates a confirmed location for a specific business.
To get verified you will need- website, a lot about your content, Contact information.
Go to your page’s settings, and then click on “General.” Here, you will see the option for “Page Verification” only if you have the required content to get your Page verified. Then you have to choose any one option for “instant” verification, or for a more lengthy verification process. Then you will be given a verification code, which you have to enter into the box Facebook provides you with. Then Facebook will grant you with a gray check mark.
