- In case you did not get your code you can click on “Did not get Code” it will redirect you to the previous page where you can change your selected option. Facebook will try to send code again.
- Once you received your 6 characters long code. Enter the code in the field given.
- Once you enter the code and press continue. It will take you to a new page where you can change your password.
Note: If you Expecting a mail from Facebook make sure you check your Spam emails and Junk mail folder in case you don’t get emails in your main Inbox folder.
Wrong Email Address
Facebook does not allow generic email accounts. For example, an email address starting “info@” cannot be used for a Facebook account. Generic email addresses and some business addresses may be seen by the system as spam. If so, the system will block your entry and you will not be able to register for an account.
Never use your official email id while creating an account on Facebook. If you don’t have a personal Email id. You can create on either of these platforms – Gmail, Yahoo, and Hotmail.
