Subscription Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your premium subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, refunds are not available, but you may cancel future renewals at any time.

How to Request a Refund

Email billing@whizsky.com with your account email and order details. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Featured listing boosts and one-time promotional placements.
  • Partially used subscription periods beyond the 7-day window.
  • Custom branding or setup services that have been delivered.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
