CallHealth Mobile Application

CallHealth integrates all healthcare providers like doctors, hospitals, diagnostics and imaging centers, pharmacies, and wellness experts, among others and enables you to consult them, within the privacy and comfort of your home through its mobile application available on Android Play Store and Apple App Store.

Apart from its own pool of highly trained and skilled resources, CallHealth has partnered with a wide network of healthcare providers ranging from premium single-specialty and multi-specialty hospitals, diagnostic labs, imaging centers, wellness clinics, doctors, and specialists.

CallHealth Founder

The Startup is founded and promoted by Sandhya Raju, daughter-in-law of B Ramalinga Raju, the founder of Satyam Computer. CallHealth was founded in 2013 by Sandhya Raju and is currently led by Hari Thalapalli. Sandhya is a Kuchipudi Dancer, Performing Artist and Artistic Director of Nishikawa Dance Academy based in Hyderabad.

CallHealth Funding

Recently CallHealth has raised about 7.8 Million dollars (INR 50 Cr) from BCCL (Bennett, Coleman and Co. Ltd.). Earlier in September 2017, the report also surfaced that Sachin Tendulkar, badminton player PV Sindhu, her coach and former badminton player Pullela Gopichand are in talks to invest 6.2 Million dollars in CallHealth.

CallHealth Business Model

The CallHealth has a business model of healthcare delivery which offers a range of personalized health care services including wellness, prevention, cure, and assisted care through its virtual, physical, and innovation platform.

The startup provides online Services such as Doctor Consultation, Family Doctor, Second Opinion, myWellness and provide offline  Services such as Diagnostics and Imaging, Medicines and Medical Supplies, Physiotherapy, Nursing, Bedside Attendant services. The CallHealth services are currently available in Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Vizag, Hyderabad, Rajahmundry, Guntur, Kurnool, Warangal, Vijayawada, Nellore, and Tirupati.

CallHealth Revenue Model

CallHealth started its commercial operations in January last year and expanded its operation to 10 cities with the two major growth hubs for the company are Delhi and Hyderabad.

Today CallHealth has partnered with 91 hospitals, 94 diagnostic centers, 70 doctors and over 20 specialty and super-specialty centers. CallHealth itself has a workforce of over 1,350 employees across corporate, medical and paramedical staff and aims to cover 100 cities in India from its current base of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
