CarDekho, India’s leading automotive classifieds portal has officially announced on Monday 8 July that it will hire 2000 people in this fiscal to extend its business.
The company presently employs over 2,800 people. It wants to continue hiring positions in tech and non-tech sections in various divisions around the country.

The leading car search portal announces that 20% will be added to mid-to-senior level categories in verticals like retail, fin-tech, insurance, and digital. While 30% of resource for tech division apart from Jaipur and Gurgaon cities.
The 50% recruitments will be conducted for non-tech positions, mainly in B2B or channel sales operations in different cities.

“We will be hiring about 1,000 people for our B2B business in finance and insurance verticals.”
CarDekho aims to launch around 150 stores by the end of 2019. Recently, the company has announced its new venture into the motor and health insurance sector with the launch of InsuranceDekho.
The InsuranceDekho platform has collaborated with nearly 20 health and motor insurance companies by targetting over 10 lakh policies per month for the next three fiscal years.
Beginning of the year, CarDekho has raised $110 million from Hillhouse, CapitalG, Sequoia India, and Axis Bank in the Series C. The team has stated that the funds will be used to develop the transaction services like financing and insurance.
