India’s largest payment company Paytm has launched its new feature named “Paytm Inbox“. It is a messaging service that will allow the consumers to chat and transact all at once.
Deepak Abbot, Senior Vice President of Paytm recently said that “We have realized that besides making payments, our users and merchants also like to communicate with each other. There is a need for social messaging, commerce and payments seamlessly blending into one another. One step for us towards meeting this consumer need is Paytm Inbox”
Features of Paytm Inbox:
Paytm Inbox has all the features of an instant messaging application like texts, consumers can also send photos, videos, live location, capture and share moments with the built-in camera. For now, the app is only available for Android platform. Soon it will be available for Apple phones also.
Paytm Inbox app will also include also includes notifications, orders, and games.Under notifications, users can see offers and cashback available for the consumers they can track orders and transaction updates as well. Paytm has also added cricket and other trivia-based games to the platform to make it more engaging.
